The National Medical Research Council requirements
Eligible course or programme:
Students can apply to any Singaporean college/university in order to participate in research studies in any fundamental, translational, or clinical research concerned with human health and potential, including studies into the human diseases diagnosis, causes, consequences and treatment.

Students have to fulfill all of the following criteria in order to be considered:
- The students must have worked for a local Singapore institution for at least 9 months per calendar year.
- The students must have a primary appointment and a salary at a local publicly-funded college/university.
