Russia scholarship 2022 enables both Russian and international students to engage in international study programmes with some financial aid. Lomonosov Moscow State University and Moscow State Institute of International Relations have collaborated to launch the PolitIQ Scholarships program. Applications are now available for the academic year 2022–2023.

They also must attend an MSU entrance exam.
