- Benefits and a gross monthly salary in accordance with the Dutch Universities Collective Labor Agreement. In addition, there is a year-end allowance equal to 8.3 percent of the annual stipend and a yearly holiday allowance of 8% of the annual stipend.
- If you are a foreign national and meet the requirements, you may be able to use the so-called “30% facility,” which exempts you from paying tax on 30% of your stipend.
