Eligibility conditions
Eligible course or programme: The scholarship for a PhD degree program in Military Operations and International Law.
Other Criteria: In order to be eligible for this fully-funded scholarship in Denmark, the students have to meet the following criteria:
- Students have to have obtained a degree that corresponds with the Danish Master of Laws degree, which is two years of full-time studies (2nd cycle 120 ECTS degree) that depends on a 180 ECTS undergraduate degree (three years of a full-time bachelor degree).
- Students have to have obtained a minimum overall score average of 8.2 or more at the Master’s level in accordance with the Danish grading scale (for the Danish scale, click here).
- Students may submit their applications before they have completed their Master’s Degree.

- Motivation letter: you must explain why you choose the Faculty of Law at Copenhagen University and your final target of the research project (maximum 1 page).
- CV (Curriculum vitae), maximum 2 pages.
- Transcripts and diploma: Certified copies of diploma and transcripts (for Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees).
- Grading scale: A certified explanation of grading scale in your language and an English translation.
- Document of English level: very good score in IELTS or TOEFL test.
